Brzostek's Auction Service Inc. is requested to enter bids on the following lots up to the price stated. I understand that if my bid is successful the Purchase Price payable will be the final bid and a premium of 15% of the final bid. In addition, I shall be responsible for any State or local sales tax or compensating use tax.

I understood that Brzostek's provides this service of executing bids on behalf of clients for the client's convenience and that Brzostek's will not be held responsible for failing to execute bids or for errors relating to its execution of bids.

All bids shall be treated as offers made on the terms and conditions of the auction, and that there are no warranties either expressed or implied.

A deposit of 25% of the total of bids left may be required in accepting absentee bids left by new or unknown clients to Brzostek's Auction Service., Inc.

All bids will be bid competitively and the actual selling price of any items may be higher or lower than the bids left. In fairness to both buyers and sellers, items with absentee bids left will be charged at least one half of bid amount left, but never exceeding the maximum amount of bid left, (or extra bid increment). Thank you for your bids. Brzostek's will attempt to notify you within 24 hours of successful bids. If notice is not received then feel free to call us at (315) 678-2542 to learn the results of bids left. If you are successful with an absentee bid, full payment must be made within 48 hours after being notified.
