Plant 1 Features: 700 Railroad St. (Front Bldg.), is a 35,856' Sq. Steel columns support this irregular shaped warehouse bldg. w/offices, and unheated storage sheds on NE & SE corners. Another wet sprinkler system runs throughout the interior of the bldg. A dry sprinkler system protects the 30’ x 52’ +/- loading area w/ 2 loading docks. Plant 2 has a full basement and a 10,000 lb. Capacity Elevator, 600 AMP, 3-phase electrical system heated w/steam boiler and hanging space heaters. Public Water and Sewer in both buildings.
